Delivery

• London: free delivery.
• Rest of the UK: we send orders by Royal Mail. The postage cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Collection: you're welcome to collect in person or from one of our market stalls. Just let us know.
• When it ships: We post orders within 2 working days. Delivery time after that depends on Royal Mail.

Every order is gift-wrapped by us with a small festive note.

Changed your mind? Your 14-day right to cancel

If you buy online, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us by emailing contact@asteyltd.com with your name and order number.

• Please send the candles back within 14 days of telling us.
• Within London we'll collect returns free of charge. Elsewhere in the UK, please email us before sending anything back and we'll confirm the return postage.
• We'll refund you within 14 days of getting the candles back (or of you showing us proof of postage, if sooner), to your original payment method.
• If a candle has been burned or handled more than you'd need to look at it, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Damaged or wrong item?

We're sorry! Email us within a few days of delivery with a photo, and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund. This doesn't affect your legal rights.

Corporate orders

Delivery and payment terms for corporate orders are agreed in your quote. Corporate orders within London get free delivery.
